The Individual of the Year

The Individual of the Year Award goes to the person who, in the opinion of both the voters and the judges, most deserves to be recognised as the best of the best out of all of the people nominated for The COGS 2012.

This is a hugely coveted award and one which has caused considerable debate in past years.
